XTOR CODEC FOR VLC DOWNLOAD

MediaInfo normally shows the header information of media files, if the headers are missing it only shows the size, like in you case. Seems like 'xtor' video codec is not supported by libavwhich is the reason why VLC can't handle the file.

I've downloaded that already but it still won't read the file. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

I need help with these 2 files that don't even show much info in " MediaInfo " Results 1 to 8 of 8. From what Cofec gathered googling around it seems like DXtory comes with DirectShow Decoder filters, so playback with DirectShow based decoders should be possible.

I used Dxtory for video capture. I managed to convert it to a smaller, more readable.
